Chuck,
I can't remember which version of FP you are using, but the following is for FP2000, but is similar
to FP2002, FP2003
File Menu | Open Web
Open Web dialog box appears
Make sure Look in: is set to Web Folders or you can click on My Network Places, lower left of the
dialog box
Double click on the web site you want to open, this would be a web site that you had previously open
and chose to have the login info saved.
