First thing is to remove all spaces from all file & folder names
- breaks links (as in http://www.sicg.net/ray%20j%20shreder.htm)
There are no "automatic" services
- usually requires a review by someone knowledgeable in Web/Html and SE optimization
In general your pages do not seem to be too slow
Don't use word /shape art (only supported by IE)
Your in page links are visually hard for users to find and your bottom nav bar colors are not visible
Your PPT presentations will only be viewable by users w/ PPT and by their nature are large and slow to download (couldn't find
PowerPoing seminar)
