you can upload with whatever you like - an FTP program shouldn't care if the fp
extensions are there or not. Perhaps there is a conflict with Dreamweavers
publish feature, I don't know.
You'll need to ask the host to uninstall them, unless they provide a 'control
panel' of some sort for your account where you can do everything like that
through a web-based interface.
