If there are any files bigger than about 1Mbyte then this could be the
problem. There is a known issue with files of this size on some (not all)
systems, particularly when importing.
Try marking these files (if any) as "Do not publish" on the web you are
publishing from, then publish the web. If now successful move the files
with Windows Explorer or an FTP client, as appropriate.
Note: Do not import entire web sites - this will lead to problems.
