By a long shot.

It's the first issue that is the tricky one, and can really only be decided
by the OP. My personal opinion is that Dreamweaver delivers on the cost,
but that's me. It's nice that you have a trial option for both to enable
you to make this choice.

Be aware that the DW UI and basic approach is VERY different from the FP UI,
at first blush.
