If the site is hosted on a live/remote server that has the FP extensions, then you need to open the
site directly in FP using File Menu | Open web and enter the URL to the live/remote site like,
http://www.yourdomain.com otherwise you need to open the site on the live/remote server and download
it with a FTP application, then you would re-build your navigation structure.
