You get a free account, it's hosted by them but you can create a template to
match your site design. The only advertising is a small icon/logo linking back to
them - you need this on your search page and it puts it on the results page.
It gives you a "basic" and "advanced" form

the top of the page, or go to advanced search by clicking the search button.
