The URL is the IP of our server.

It is set to anonymous.

I am the Admin that's why I am confused on how I don't have rights.

I can log on to the console as the admin.

The only time the employees are asked for a UID and PW is when they are
trying to access this one page or anything that was created by the DRW.

Everyone has an account with server through Active Directory.

The database is a simple MS Access Database.
