That is "usually" a sign that you only had a page open to edit and not the web and then the page.,
which can be caused by opening the web folder in windows, right clicking a file and then selecting
Edit with FrontPage.
Make sure you open FrontPage, then your web using File > Open Web.. and then a page to edit.
Also make sure the folder for LivingStructures has the blue Globe Icon on it indicating it is a
FrontPage Web.
If it doesn't browse to it using FrontPage, right click and select "Convert to web.
