Hi
I found an article which said put brackets around the
timestamp field but it did not work. This is the full
error message
Database Results Wizard Error
Description: Field 'Results.Gender' cannot be a zero-
length string.
Number: -2147467259 (0x80004005)
Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine

One or more form fields were empty. You should provide
default values for all form fields that are used in the
query.

Thanks
Paul M
