I tried Detect and repair and it did not resolve it. When I tried from
Notepad or Internet Explorer it does not do this. I even tried it with
Office Documents and still was not able to paste. I have the same
application on my computer at my house as well and it doesn't allow me to
paste after I copy the items BEFORE opening Front Page 2003 - the clipboard
is flushed for some reason.
