I can tell the client(s) things they can do to correct the problem. But, it
still comes down to the fact that it is ONLY with my sites with four
different people on two web sites, in three cities. Nothing I can tell them
to do will fix their frustration with me becuase of the simple problem of
they can not create a similar problem with any other web site(s) they visit.
Only with mine.

This is what makes the whole scenerio so impossible.
