publishing error of tcp/ip 32 bit client

I have been using fp2000 and publishing my sites without
any problem but now I keep get the error of 32-bit TCP/IP
Missing or mis confgured I have not changed anything am
completely confused please anyone with a suggestion i
would appreicate it btw I'm using win2000pro
