Inserting a script on a DWT, is the same as inserting the script on each individual page, just that
you only have single location to make any changes to it.
As each page is loaded in a browser, the script starts over with it's initial menu state, it doesn't
pass the menu state between pages.
Can you provide URLs of site where you have seen this? Also you could do a view source to see what
script those sites are using.
