FP98 requires a Personal Web Server or IIS to be installed to function correctly, if you are running
Windows XP Home, then no MS Web server is supported. If you are running Windows XP Pro, you need to
remove FP98 and the PWS and then install IIS via Add/Remove Window Components, then install FP98
using Custom Install, not extensions or PWS, etc.
