Need helping in using FP themes

I'm making a webpage with FP and I wanted to use one of their themes, however
I am not finding how to insert the banner this theme offers. I use the help
option for FP but it tells me to go to insert then click on add Banner. Well
when I go to insert on the menu bar there is no add banner option.
