Do not use FrontPage for printed publications.
Do not use Publisher for web pages.
Use the tool designed for the job.
Server side support required will vary between nothing at all, up to
database server, ASP, .NET, PHP, Perl.....the list goes on - depends on your
requirements for the web.
For a simple feedback form handler, FrontPage extensions will be sufficient.
For an interactive, database driven website you will need more. The
specifics are related to the server operating system and your application
requirements.
