Thank you for your prompt answer. The answer that I refered to in the prior posting was selecting "Custom" for all drop downs in the Authoring tab of the Page options. As requested, I have checked the Authoring tab of the Page Options, and found the following:
1. FrontPage and SharePoint technologies are set to Default. All but the following check boxes are checked; Shared Borders and Generator and ProgID tags.
2. In the Browsers Section, both drop downs are "Custom"; however the Browser Version is greyed out. The following check boxes are NOT checked; NONE. Additionally, ActiveX Controls is greyed out but checked, and JavaScript/JScript is the same. Meaning greyed out and checked.
3. The Schema version is Internet Explorer 5.0
As I understand your instructions, the Authoring Tab of the Page Option selection is correct. Might you have additional suggestions?
Sorry about the mistake in saying the "Tools" menu, I did mean the Format menu.
I am running XP Professional, IE 6.0, and in addition, I have installed VSB2003.NET as well as .NET 2003 should that make any difference.
Thanking you in advance once more,
