Please don't. I know it's fun to play around with colors, and flashing
letters, and wacky graphics, but it make a site horribly annoying and
you'll end up chasing away visitor.
The best advice I've ever heard for designing a website is to ask
yourself "What would Amazon do?" Would amazon put a sound file that
is jammed down the throat of a potential customer? No way.
