1) I assume when the password prompt comes up, you type in the new details and
click "OK" - remember to check the 'remember password' box (maybe this is what
'saves' the details and from what you describe it is 'remembering' the old
details. the next time you want to publish click 'open web' and so on , then
"publish web" and it should open the server connection correctly (and prompt for
password/username) along the way.
2) Once you're connected to the web server - just select the files from your
open web and click publish, or more precisely if you're publishing for the first
time, click publish once you get the two file listings (local and remote).
3) Upload the file with the link to the music file and then upload the music file
itself in the same directory that it is in on your PC.
Frontpage creates HTML documents, and a few other formats, but mainly html - your
friend/whoever sounds confused. ANY document can be viewed (but not all
documents are web pages (HTML)).
