How Do I Save Form Data to Email?

I have created a form for clients to fill and when they hit submit it goes to the confirmation page, which is what I want and then it sends the info by email to me. However, all the email shows is the field names and not the data the client entered. How do I get that data to show up in the email so I can process their orders?
