Howdy.

The problem here is not so much FrontPage support for
vector graphics, but browser support for vector graphics.
Basically, this is an IE-only, Windows-only proposition.
As a result, vector graphics seldom work they way you want
them. Most designers therefore ignore them.

Regardless of any other problems moving to a Mac may or
may not solve, it won't solve this one (except in the
sense that by switching to Italian restaurants only, you
can avoid bad sushi).
