Try using File Publish site and entering http://www.arborinnatgriffinhouse.com/ as the destination
Your empty site at http://arborinnatgriffinhouse.com/ has the FP Server extensions installed so you could also try to open it in FP
and just run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks, then close it and try to open your local site to publish it again
File Open Web/Site and enter your URL as http://www.arborinnatgriffinhouse.com/
- if you get an error your FP SE require repair/reinstallation by your host
You say you "deleted " one of the files at your site
- If you used anything but FP to delete it, your FP SE require repair/reinstallation by your host
