Hi John,

Please check the following points:

1. Check what HTML Optimization function did the customer use. The one in
FrontPage or you use a third-party HTML optimization tool.

2. Please check Tools->Page Options->Code formatting, press Reset button.

3. Does the issue only occur on one special file?
