Well -- I've tried but it still gives me an error window.
What I did was delete the javascript code in the heads of
all the pages and put it after the <body> tag on the
Left.htm page. And it still doesn't fix the error. Just
in case we're maybe mixing messages, here's the type of
error window I get:

Internet Explorer Script Error
! An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 21
CHar: 1
Error: Object Expected
Code: 0
Url: file://C:\Documents and Settings\Default\Local
Settings\TemporaryInternetFiles\FrontpageTempDir\pvw5.htm

I hope that helps somewhat. I'm at a loss. Like I said, I
deleted the javascript code from the heads of all the
pages and put it after the <body> tag on
Left.htm . ...Brightbelt
