#2 However if you already have it in the head section of your pages you can either delete it from
those pages and leave it on the top.htm page but moved to appear after the <body> tag.
You only need to be concerned with the JavaScript that is in the head section, and you should not
have the same exact script on a page more than once as the this will cause a conflict between the
two scripts.
