forget the look. it's just a template or skin. you can skin something.
it's just like making a regular page then hunting for the code and putting
it where you want it. (generally)
IMHO, if you can use .asp I'd probably use the webwiz forum. it seems
pretty nice. asp is just easier on my brain than php and FrontPage gets
along with it a lot better. not that you can't do php in FrontPage but it's
just easier with asp.

I like the php look much better so far. I probably will try to install it myself...what's the worst that could happen...my machine (or brain) will implode right? No harm either way. I would install it in a subweb if it will work that way - i always like to keep that kind of thing separate if possible. Use: To replace a High School Alumni forum that I've been hosting on Delphi for a zillion years. I want more control and less cost for the alumni (or whatever the plural is suppposed to be). A fair amount of users, maybe 1000, but there's never to many posting or reading at a time maybe 10-30. Yah I've seen the aspportal thing - I gotta keep cost down since no one pays me to run this one, it comes out of my weekly lunch allowance :-) the quest continues...
