When FP opens a site, it cache all of the files/folders in the root, so by reducing the number of
files in the root, the web should open faster. Also be sure to regular delete all .web FP cache
file. I do this daily.
Moving these files to a subweb will speed up publishing as FP will not have to check/compare them
for change every time you publish, on when you publish the subweb.
