Not sure this is true (at least for FP2002)?
In the 'edit hyperlink' dialog, you can navigate to the page you want, then
single click it to display that page and it's path in the address box at the
bottom, the clicking the bookmarks button shows the bookmarks in that page.
It doesn't seem that it needs to be open, simply selected so that it appears
in the address box at the bottom.
