Artie - i was looking for the same and started programming it. but it leads almost to nowwhere (as sooner or later you want to add other features like shipping, credit card payment, etc.). Came across www.comersus.com . it's unlike other tools (especially the ones promoted through microsoft like storefront.net etc etc) free and open source. However it's entirely programmed through ASP but with the templates provided you'll be fast to setup something nicely.
