'Team website' text in default STS site

Hi all

I'm having a bit of trouble getting rid of the project
property settings thing at the top of every page in my STS
default website. I want to change the text to say
something else, but every new page that is created put
this stuff back, and I can't find where it's coming from.
Any ideas? Ideally, I would like to change the default
text to display my own stuff there, but as I don't know
what it even does - I have no hope of finding it...
