Hi Steve,

Create a new Administrator account and check if FP works from there. If it
works then you could try moving your profile information (mails, documents,
etc from this folder to that new folder.

BTW: You could also try renaming the following FP stuff from the Admin
Profile

1. rename the file $Profile\Application
Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\State\CMDUI.Prf to OLD_CMDUI.PRF
2. rename the tree \\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\FRONTPAGE to
OLD_FRONTPAGE

WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious
problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system.
Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from
using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use the Registry Editor at your own
risk.

Regards,
Vijay

| An earlier post suggested deleting that file. I did that
| and I still have the problem. (I also deleted all *.web
| files in both accounts.)
|
| I can start up FP2003, but when clicking on the web name,
| that is when it freezes. Thanks for helping. Any more
| ideas are welcome!
