Is "(I have version 6.0.2.5516)" a typo? As far as I know, FPSE 6.xxx are
Windows Sharepoint Services, which do not run on IIS5.1 - they need Win2003
and IIS6.

FPSE2000 are 4.xxx
FPSE2002 are 5.xxx
