I've made good progress. Figured out how to get rid of Remote Name & Time lines showing in a post & how to get font of Contents window smaller.

The last thing I'm having trouble with is with disc42_post.htm which is the only place I can find for specifying fonts for the actual article itself when it shows in the lower window. Page & form properties, options & discussion handler for discussion & article tabs don't seem to let me select smaller font size for my articles.
