can't get mp3 file to work

I'm so frustrated...... I've uploaded the mp3 file - I've got it down to
9meg...it works when I click on it on my computer - I've downloaded and
installed the addin WMP9 and followed the directions...but still no
sound...could someone check it out and please help me out - I've been
working on this friggen thing for a week - please help
