drop down menu

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

IS it possible to add drop down menus using front page, other than the one
that is in the form menu with the submit and reset buttons? I'd really like
to have the menu choices (which lead to other pages) show up when the cursor
is placed over some text.
