Try this:
Open Computer Management by either right clicking the My Computer icon or
going to the Control Panel and double clicking Administrative Tools and then
computer Management.
Click the plus sign by Web sites.
Right click "Default Web Site" and select Properties.
In the Dialog that opens, click the Directory Security tab.
On the Directory Security Dialog, click "Edit" by Anonymous access and
authentication control.
On the Authentication dialog that opens:
Check: Anonymous Access
Check: Allow IIS to control password
Check: Integrated Windows Authentication on the bottom left.
The username should read: IUSR_Username
( with Username being equal to the name you are logged onto the machine
with. )
