Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



If you right click on the red x then properties it will tell you where it believes the image file should be located. If it indicates
that it should be on your system, e.g., file:///c:/mywebs/mysite/images/myimage.gif then you did not have a web open at the time the
image was inserted.
