If the op is downloading it to rip it off it would be wrong, to download and
dissect it to learn how something was done and create something new from the
knowledge learned is not.

| Well, IMHO, you could beg forgiveness for ripping off another
| person' intellectual properties..and for having the termidity to
| complain that the purloined Flash files don't work properly. A
| better approach would be to ask how one could stop another
| from downloading a complete site that doesn't belong to him/her.
