when you're previewing this are you doing it locally or are you viewing it
after it's published?
sometimes local settings conspire against you seeing it locally.
for your immediate need;
you can simply import your movie into FrontPage, type a word or words on
your page, and set it as a hyperlink to the media file. that way it'll open
in whatever program your doctor has set on his computer for that file type.
