it's got a much better "publishing" capability, it applies themes
differently, it's got a vastly better "code view" and a great "code snippet"
feature and it's got a very interesting (though I haven't gotten too deep
into it) thing called "layers and behaviors", better support or video and
flash through the "design" view, etc.

IMHO it's well worth it. I think I upgraded for less than $100.
