Hi Chad:

Based on your notes, it seems like the disabling the "Enable Advanced
Printing" option reduces the spool file size the most.

I guess you have to make sure they have plenty of room for print spool
files. I would defrag the disk as well. Is the option to disable the
"Enable Advanced Printing" option saved in the Expr field of the report?
If so, you could then write to the report table and disable this option
automatically.

Do you see the same behavior if you print a bitmap or a GIF file? Does
this behavior occur if you print to a dot matrix printer?
Do you see the same behavior with VFP 9.0 SP1?
