Hi Matthew, did the other machine with MS Word ever have Word Viewer
installed? Have you been able to try it on a computer without either program
already installed? I have only come across this a couple of times and the
solutions described earlier seemed to resolve the situation for me. Sorry I
couldn't be more help.
