    Hi,

Say I'm printing an invoice with just one item on it on a "Letter" design
page. I would like to have the "Page Footer" to print right after the item
not the way it prints leaving a big empty space between the line item and the
    "Page Footer".

    Something like this prints:

    __________________
    HeaderHeaderHeader
    ItemDetail Item Detail

    PageFooterPage Footer
    __________________

I would like to look like this:
    __________________
    HeaderHeaderHeader
    ItemDetail Item Detail
    PageFooterPage Footer

    __________________

    Thank you,
    Ian
