A form that could no longer be opened for modification

Hi,

I was making some modifications to a simple form, a form that contains just buttons that call other forms. What I did was to put them into pageframes and rename them to more meaningful names (e.g., changing from command19 to cmdExit). Then when I tried to run the form, it asked for save (I said Yes), then it said "error loading file - record number 22. command8 <or one of its components>. parent: object class is invalid for this container. From then on, I could no longer open up this form, even in design mode. Is there a way to recover?
