Need Help on Proxy Issue

I'm using eFax to programatically send faxes and it normally works great.
However, we are moving to a new server that uses a proxy server. When I test
the program on the new server, I get this error message:

OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from System: The remote server returned an
error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required...

The eFax people are no help - they just say to contact my network person.
However, the network person says that I need to talk with the eFax people.

Any suggestions?
