Man this one is tough.
BUT.

IIWY, I'd have the customer install some stuff from SysInternals (Now a free
MS product).
and then ...
Start a log, run your program, get it to the same 'breaking point'
then wait about 15 minutes until the user can get back to SysInternals
to STOP the log process.

Then have your user email the log to you to study.
Then *YOU* study the log. Look for non-standard 'stuff'
If you need a 2nd look - email me privately at
bm3 at efgroup dot removemyshorts dot net
and take out the obvious spam filter thingie from the
email address. I'm travelling this weekend and will be
off on a bizarre timezone, but you can reach me on skype
as well to id 'efBOBgroup', (removing Robert's nickname).

There's got to be some other program running on that computer
that causes this error - not an OS error, not YourProgram error.
SysInternals will tell you exactly what it is.
