VFP9 SP2: Restored project backup to newly installed Vista Ultimate - PROBLEMS!

Hello,

I just upgrade from XP to Vista Ultimate. I'm system administrator.
Before upgrading, I backed up my project to secondary IDE. After
doing the upgrade, I copied my project back to C:\Program
Files\<project> folder. Before I could copy the project, Vista
displayed prompt indicating that I need to be administrator before I
could copy the files. In the dialog I said I was administrator and
the copy was allowed from drive D to drive C. The problem stated when
I tried to access application forms. When tying to open the form, VFP
says the SCT memo file is missing or invalid. Thinking it might have
something to do with the Program File folder and security issues in
Vista, I moved the project to C:\<project>. After doing so, the forms
opened fine with no error. At least I know the project is not
corrupted, thank god!
I'm hoping somebody here knows how I can remedy this problem. My
project really needs to be in the Program Files folder.

Best,
John
.
