Hi Cathy,
From your post, I got the idea of increasing the Page Footerheight by .15 and I was able to get the output I needed.
So a crazy solution, if you would add all the height, you will
get 11.15 Inches for a Letter Size report that should be 11in only.

I'm curious ... Did the 34 lines get squished slightly so they take up
less room .. or did the page footer appear just a little farther down on
the page?

A report that I made in VFP8.
Report Details:
Windows XP SP2
Paper Size : Letter, Portrait
Print Area : Whole Page
Page Header Height : 2.5in
Detail Height : 0.2in
Page Footer : 1.7in
Basically 34 Data shall fit exactly in the page. The report works
perfectly in VFP8 (see 1st image). Now I migrated to VFP9 (SP1
or SP2 same result), a space appears between the 34th data and
the page footer. Is there anyone experiencing this problem? One
thing also that I noticed is that when I set the Microsoft Fax as the
default printer, the preview will be the same as the 1st image. Also
with a PDF Printer, the report is OK. But any other Printer
(Epson, HP, Canon) I have the same problem. The space appears.
Any solution to this? And has anyone encountered this problem?
Thanks,
Herbert
