I just thought that over and I guess I could just use an IF ELSE and set up
a field that when I run remote I could make true.

I haven't tried gotomypc.com, but I do use UltraVNC (http://www.uvnc.com/)
for remote control, and I've been very pleased with it. You do need to
install a client, so you lose a bit of the universality of gotomypc.com.
OTOH, it's entirely free.

For a printer prompt, add the PROMPT option to the REPORT command.
